Vintage 1930's Bohemian Czech coloured glass dress clip. This stunning dress clip features claw set amber, green, pink and blue coloured glass gemstones set in a brass tone setting.

 

CZECH & BOHEMIAN GLASS

Bohemia played an important role in costume jewellery. Bohemian costume jewellers pioneered cut-glass imitation gemstones and pearls. Bohemia gemstones where such good quality they rivalled beads produced in Venice during the 1920s.

 

MEASUREMENT:

The brooch measures 5cm / 1.2" in height and 2.5cm / 0.9" at the widest point.
