The Legend P-2006NL is a no lead, dezincification-resistant (DZR) forged brass ball valve with a press connection on one end and an F1807 PEX barb on the other. Designed for hybrid installations where copper press piping transitions to PEX — one valve handles both connections without adapters. The press end installs onto ASTM B88 Types K, L, and M copper using commercially available VUS profile press jaws. The PEX barb end is compatible with F1807 copper crimp rings and stainless steel clamps, and is designed for use with PEX (ASTM F876 & F877) and PE-RT (ASTM F2769) tubing.

The DZR forged brass body resists dezincification in aggressive water conditions — a common failure point for standard brass valves in high-chloride or low-pH water systems. The bottom-loaded, blowout-proof stem features dual-seal PTFE packing and a stem seat design for positive sealing under a wide range of conditions. Rated at 250 PSI CWP at 250°F. Not suitable for steam service.
