We will cover the cost of FedEx shipping for outbound items after repair.
1. Customers responsible for inbound shipping. ($250)
2. Please ensure that you package your item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Evaluation: On receipt of your unit, we will perform a thorough evaluation and provide you with a repair quote along with lead time.
4. Repair: Upon approval of the repair work order, our skilled technicians will commence their work. After the repair, our technicians will thoroughly test the unit and provide a comprehensive test report.
5. Warranty: All repairs come with a one-year operational warranty. We guarantee our workmanship for the duration of the repair. Please note that if you ever have any issues with our repairs, please reach out to us, and we will make it right.
6. Emergency & Rush Services: We recognize that breakdowns can be critical in certain situations, and to assist you in resuming operations, we provide Emergency and Rush Services. Please reach out to us to inquire and avail of these services.
