JET-LUBE JET-LOK® HP-45
Pneumatic & Hydraulic Sealant is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic sealant that seals hydraulic and pneumatic fittings up to 2” in diameter, resisting high pressures and vibration loosening. This product has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (148°C).

• Typical strength: 2,000-3,000 psi

Fast cure to fixture usually under 30 minutes. Temperature range: -65°F (-54°C) to <300°F (148°C). Typical strength: 2,000-3,000 psi.

Typical applications are hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, servo-mechanisms, and fine-filtration systems.

Where cure speed is extended due to low temperatures
or inactive surfaces, appropriate activators may be used.
Best results are found if High Pressure Sealant is applied
to 2nd or 3rd threadform. Excess can be wiped away,
any migration into lines will not solidify and can be flushed
away upon activation of the equipment.

Not recommended fo oxygen service.
